There's a lot of ab training
and fitness training info out there. Abs Revealed is different than a lot of the rest.

crunches.
Lazy thinkers always jump from one extreme to the other. The "traditional way" of doing crunches
has a lot of problems. But instead of thinking and using creative ways to land in the middle,
many people unwisely now recommend you stop doing crunches. Instead, learn a better, smarter way
to do crunches in Abs Revealed.

It is NOT a book
that was put together quickly.
Human Kinetics Publishing did a wonderful job in creating the finished Abs Revealed product. The
editors did a wonderful job of helping me say what I wanted to say in the best way
possible. The
photographer captured amazing shots of the terrific models performing the exercises.
Abs Revealed is in full
color and contains over 60 ab exercises with photos along with complete programs that are designed to
progressively change in each of the 10 weeks.

It is NOT a book
that just re-packages stuff you already know.
In creating the workouts and exercises for this
book, I asked myself, “What does it take to get great looking
abs while respecting the “it’s all connected” nature of the human muscular system?
”Yourabs don’t know how special they are so they
behave just like regular muscles. As a result, I set
out to create workouts and some brand new exercises that deliver well-developed, full-body fitness
while still making your abs the showpiece of your physique.

It is NOT a book
that claims to be for anyone and everyone.
Any fitness book that claims to be for
everyone isn’t truly going to be for anyone. (Unless
it is so basic and elementary that it would be of no interest to anyone with any exercise
experience.) To be useful, a fitness book must speak
directly to an audience with specific goals. This book
is for anyone…who wants strong, well-developed abs inside a lean body and has been frustrated by
current efforts to get it.
